This Tennessee city has had a number of legendary Nashivlle rappers that once included Kool Daddy Fresh, Boogie, Pistol, South 8 Mafia, Quanie Cash, and various other rappers from Nashville who were well established throughout the early days of Nashville’s hip hop scene. While just like every other large city with a sizeable urban community, in which Nashville has located on every side of town, there was a rap scene in the city during the 1990s and the early part of the 2000s. Being the mecca and the true center of the country’s country music genre, as Broadway of downtown Nashville is the equivalent to Memphis’ Beale Street, emerging as rappers from Nashville has not been the easiest, but it has never been impossible. Nashville rappers of a city known as Cashville have often been overlooked by rap scene of the cross state city of Memphis and due to the fact that the Nashville music scene is mainly known for country music, even though there are numerous rappers from Nashville.
